Gently exfoliating the dry, rough, cuticle skin layers by actually sloughing off the dead outer layers exposes new and vibrant skin. Be specific to wash skin color thoroughly and dry it well beforehand to get rid of any lotions or oils which may prevent the wax from adhering closely for the skin.
